"Chasing the Wind". The Deputy is dissatisfied with the pace of the Ministry of Transport
He asked Deputy Minister of Transport Beknazar Bazaraliev whether information from the president's representatives reaches the ministry.
In response, Bazaraliev stated that the bridge project is already completed, and they are currently looking for a construction company to implement it.
He also added that work on the construction of the Bishkek - Kant road is planned for next year.
“This year, our efforts are focused on completing the Northern and Eastern bypass roads. After that, we will start work on the Kant - Bishkek route,” the deputy minister clarified.
In response, Shabazov suggested at least carrying out patch repairs, as citizens are expressing dissatisfaction with the condition of the road.
Additionally, Bazaraliev reported that construction of the access road to the village of Milyanfan is planned to begin this year, as soon as the Ministry of Finance approves the budget for capital investments.
He also noted that work on the access road to Milyanfan has already begun, as the task of obtaining land for this project has been completed. “We spent a long time looking for the landowners and convinced them to give up the plots for the needs of the village. But, unfortunately, it has already been three years that we have been dealing with this issue, and the deadlines keep getting postponed. What can we tell the voters? We are just wasting time. And the information about capital investments is also incorrect, as the budget has already been approved,” Shabazov concluded.
