In the Jogorku Kenesh, they denied the information about the detention of deputy Shairbek Tashiev, stating that no requests for his arrest had been received.
Initially, messages appeared on social media claiming that the MP had been arrested; however, later denials followed, indicating that he is currently abroad from Kyrgyzstan.
It is important to note that in order to arrest a deputy, the consent of his colleagues must be obtained through voting. Exceptions are made in cases where the suspect is caught at the scene of the crime; in such cases, notification of the Jogorku Kenesh and approval from the deputies for investigative actions are required.
