President Sadyr Japarov announced plans for a significant reform in the State Committee for National Security (GKNB), adding that the fight against corruption and crime in the country will continue without interruption. He made this statement in an interview with the IA "Kabar".
He noted that the GKNB is successfully handling its tasks, but it is necessary for state structures to develop in response to modern threats and global changes.
The head of state emphasized: "The world is changing, and our institutions must keep pace with the times, renewing and developing themselves."
Japarov also pointed out that it is unacceptable in the country to "cover" those who violate the law.
He stated: "The law has always been and will be observed. No public servant has the right to violate the law or act in their own interests."
The president added that efforts to combat corruption and criminal manifestations will not cease.
According to him, "the fight against corruption and crime is ongoing around the clock. It is necessary to eradicate crime and corruption in our country," emphasizing that all those responsible will be held accountable for their actions.
