Sadyr Japarov: The Fight Against Corruption and Crime Will Never Stop
He noted that these efforts are ongoing around the clock.
“I have always demanded clear results in these two areas and intend to continue adhering to this approach. All public servants are aware of this,” he added.
During the conversation, the president responded to a question about accusations appearing on social media against some security service employees who, allegedly acting under the name of Tashiev, committed illegal actions for personal gain. He was asked whether these facts would be investigated or simply ignored, citing “a multitude of positive cases.”
“The notion of ‘covering for’ those who violate the law is unacceptable to us. The law always comes first in serving the people. This principle applies even in cases involving relatives or close ones. You yourself may have seen such examples,” Japarov stated.
He also added that the law will continue to be enforced. No public servant has the right to violate it or act in their own interests,” the president noted.
Japarov assured that if facts of abuse of power or violations of the law by security service employees or other government bodies are discovered, they will be thoroughly investigated, and those responsible will be held accountable.
“We are all equal before the law,” Sadyr Japarov concluded.
