The event gathered more than 2000 public servants from different countries

At the presidential academy in Moscow, an important event for specialists in the field of public administration is taking place — the first International Congress. This event, which has brought together over 2000 public servants, including foreign ones, is aimed at developing management skills and addressing current issues in this field. The organizers are the presidential academy with the support of the Russian government and the administration of the President of Russia.

During the plenary session, Daniyar Amangeldiev, the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic, actively participated. He noted that the Russian model of public administration is distinguished by solid experience and a systematic approach to reforms accumulated over the years: “The Russian experience in the field of public administration is one of the most advanced. We actively cooperate and borrow practices from our Russian colleagues: we have implemented the 'Electronic Government', we are starting the digitalization of public services, and in collaboration with the presidential academy, we have organized a school for training mayors, which is already showing an increase in the level of our managers.”

Daniyar Amangeldiev also held a meeting with the rector of the presidential academy. This high-level meeting discussed specific steps, making the conversation particularly productive.

The topics for discussion included not only intentions but also real actions: there was talk of launching a second stream of the 'School for Mayors' for city heads, internships for Kyrgyz public servants at the academy, as well as joint educational initiatives for the new generation of managers.

Active and productive partnership has been established with the Kyrgyz Republic: 89 students from the republic are studying at the academy, and there are 7 cooperation agreements in place with Kyrgyz partners.
