Today, a heated session took place in the Jogorku Kenesh, during which Deputy Kamila Talieva spoke out regarding the resignation of Speaker Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu. Her words touched not only on parliamentary matters but also on the relationships between key figures in the state.
As Talieva noted, her constituents are concerned about the ongoing events and do not understand what is happening. She emphasized that the political situation is changing too rapidly, which is causing anxiety among citizens.
The deputy is convinced that the conflict between President Sadyr Japarov and Kamchybek Tashiev is fueled by rumors. In her opinion, some individuals are unhappy that these two politicians have done a lot for their country.
In her speech, Talieva sharply criticized one of the deputy prime ministers, stating that he "is causing division" instead of engaging in real work. She added that the recent statements made by this official have effectively undermined the achievements of Kamchybek Tashiev.
Although the name of the deputy prime minister was not mentioned, many deputies associate her words with Edil Baisalov, who previously commented on Tashiev's resignation, and his publication sparked significant discussion in political circles and social media.
Talieva also remarked: "Let him first try to serve the people like Kamchybek Kydyrshaevich," adding that some officials behave "like bloggers."
Speaking about Turgunbek uulu's departure, the deputy emphasized that behind-the-scenes intrigues should not be part of parliamentary life. She noted that the speaker did not divide the deputies or create disagreements. However, according to her, in recent days, some "were running back and forth," which ultimately led to the resignation.
Talieva stated: "You cannot stab someone in the back."
She also expressed disappointment that her colleagues did not take a more active stance, noting that only Umbetaly Kadyraliev spoke up, while the others preferred to remain silent.
The deputy proposed that the parliament collectively address the president regarding the situation with Kamchybek Tashiev's resignation, emphasizing the need to stop the escalating conflict.
She added: "People are calling, worried as if they have lost a father."
In conclusion of her speech, Talieva emphasized that the parliament is not just a platform for decision-making but a full-fledged political body. She believes that the Jogorku Kenesh should have people who can withstand pressure, not those who come only for peace and a salary.
