This is an important aspect of geopolitics. However, now my friends from Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan are wondering why I am raising this issue as if Kyrgyzstan is going to sell water. Some international opposition structures misinterpret this in Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan.
