The President of the Kyrgyz Republic issued a strict reprimand to the Minister of Energy Talaybek Ibraev

The president's administration reported that a number of officials received strict reprimands and remarks for improper performance of their duties.

In particular, Minister of Energy Talaybek Ibraev was subjected to a strict reprimand by the order of the country's president.
