The new regulations provide clear procedures for submitting and reviewing applications necessary for obtaining a travel document. The personalization of these documents will be carried out by the state enterprise "Kyzmat," which operates under the administration of the president.
This procedure will come into effect six months after its official publication, allowing time to prepare the necessary technical and organizational conditions for its implementation.
With the introduction of the new procedure, refugees will be able to obtain documents confirming their status and allowing them to move legally, which will also increase the transparency and efficiency of the processing.
