The Cabinet of Ministers has decided to reclassify 10 hectares of land in the village of Ak-Suu, located in the Chuy region, from agricultural land to industrial land.

This plot, which is state-owned, will be designated for the construction of a factory that will produce plastic products used in drip and sprinkler irrigation systems. This decision was made taking into account the recommendations of the presidential representative in the Chuy region and the local state administration.

The local authorities have been instructed to develop the necessary urban planning documents, make changes to land records, and ensure the use of the plot in accordance with its intended purpose. Compensation for the loss of agricultural production must also be provided in accordance with the law.

Among other requirements are compliance with sanitary standards, seismic resistance norms, and engineering provisions, as well as the diversion of surface water. In the event that cultural heritage sites are discovered, archaeological supervision will be organized.

It should be noted that if the plot is not used for its intended purpose, it may be seized and returned to its original state.

The resolution will come into effect 10 days after its signing.
