Deputy of the Housing Committee proposes to provide free treatment for heroic mothers at the resort therapy institute
According to the press service of the Jogorku Kenesh, the deputies discussed key issues facing the institute.
“The medical facility was built in 1984, and since then, no major repairs have been conducted. Nevertheless, the institute continues to operate, receiving about 13,000 patients annually from various parts of the country. Deputy Gulnara Baatyrova emphasized the importance of the institute for society and highlighted the need to create comfortable and accessible conditions for patients. She also drew attention to the issue of free treatment for 'hero mothers',” the statement said.
Deputy Gulkan Moldobekova pointed out the insufficient funding allocated for patient nutrition and emphasized the need for its increase.
Committee members recommended that the Ministry of Health take measures to equip the institute with modern equipment, carry out repair work, improve the quality of services provided, and raise the salaries of employees.
