According to the new directives, "Kyzmat" is now appointed as the operator of key digital services that were previously controlled by other organizations.
The updated document states the following:
- The functions for issuing certificates for verifying electronic signatures, which were defined in the 2021 resolution, are transferred to "Kyzmat";
- Changes have been made to the resolution on unified electronic mail: now "Kyzmat" will act as the technical operator of the system, replacing "Infocom";
- The changes also pertain to the implementation plans of the Local Self-Government Development Program until 2028, as well as the State Program for Regional Development until 2030, where "Kyzmat" is indicated as the responsible executor in all documents.
Additionally, the name "Kyzmat" MM has been added to the list of official abbreviations — a state institution under the presidential administration.
The resolution will come into effect seven days after its publication.
