He reported that the privatization program includes 24 facilities, of which four have been sold during the specified period:
- 100% of the shares of JSC "AlfaTelecom" for 14 billion 800 million soms;
- 28.34% of the recreation center "Kapriz" for 106 million 806 thousand 145 soms;
- 70% of the shares of LLC "SK Resource" for 41 million 750 thousand soms;
- the building of the GKNB management for the Jalal-Abad region located at: Jalal-Abad (Manas), Toktogul St., 51 for 93 million soms.
The total amount from the sales amounted to 15 billion 41 million 580 thousand 339 soms.In addition, Tokonov noted that three facilities will continue to operate as joint-stock companies with a 100% state share:
- "Kyrgyzkomur" under the Ministry of Energy, with a charter capital of 10 billion 757 million 477 thousand 900 soms;
- "State Customs Infrastructure" under the Ministry of Finance, market value - 2 billion 279 million 381 thousand 437 soms;
- "Ala-Tuu Resort" with an estimated value of 2 billion 472 million 847 thousand 355 soms.
In response, Tokonov promised to provide a written answer.
The deputy emphasized that the report should contain complete information. He noted: "The National Bank transferred the bank to the government, and if the government sold it, for what amount? The National Bank indicated a value of 8 billion soms, and the government could not sell below this price. How much money has been received in the budget?"
Tokonov clarified that the state owns 0.74% of "Keremet Bank."
He also added: "Work on this issue is ongoing. The full amount has not yet been received."
Bekeshev expressed confusion: "There is something unclear happening around this issue. If we are dealing with the sale of such assets, there should be some benefit from it." He also inquired whether the state has a stake in the "Eurasian Savings Bank."
To which the director of the state agency responded negatively.
