According to Kalpaev, the deputies gathered to ask important questions to Baysalov.
He noted: "Baysalov was at the meeting for only 15 minutes and then left. How can this be perceived? Maybe he has an interview or a broadcast. There are 30 deputies here discussing benefits and social issues. This is a manifestation of disrespect towards the deputies, the people, and the law. Will he not be held accountable? He has become the darling of the cabinet," Kalpaev said.
In response, Tumonbaev stated that he had communicated with Baysalov at the beginning of the week before the meeting date was set.
He noted: "Baysalov said he had a meeting at 10:00, but he postponed it to 12:00, so the meeting started on time. The Minister of Labor and Social Protection, his deputy, and other cabinet representatives are present here. It is wrong to insult anyone or demand accountability. Please maintain decorum when in public," Tumonbaev addressed his colleagues.
It is worth noting that Baysalov spent almost two hours at the meeting.
