In accordance with this decree, the following plans were approved:
- Civil defense preparation plan for 2026;
- Plan for the formation of management bodies of the state civil defense system for 2026.
These documents establish the procedure for organizing training for ministries, agencies, local authorities, and all organizations, regardless of their ownership form.
All state institutions, including regional administrations and city halls, are required to develop their regional and sectoral civil defense plans within a month, coordinating them with the authorized body.
Agencies will need to carry out all activities provided for in the national plan within the approved budget and established staffing levels.
Additionally, the decree cancels the previous document No. 54 dated February 17, 2025, which contained similar plans for 2025.
The new decree will come into effect in ten days.
