This document, signed on August 22, 2025, in Bishkek, establishes the rules for the use of radio frequencies for civil radio services of both countries in areas adjacent to the state border. The main goal of the agreement is to prevent mutual interference and ensure reliable communication.
The draft resolution includes the following provisions:
- official approval of the agreement;
- appointment of the Ministry of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies of the Kyrgyz Republic as responsible for its implementation;
- notification by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic to Kazakhstan about the completion of internal procedures necessary for the agreement to come into force.
The resolution will take effect 15 days after its approval.
