In Kyrgyzstan, the procedure for submitting nominations for participation in the management of the Chamber of Non-State Judicial Experts has begun, which is an important step towards the development of independent expertise. This process aims to improve the quality of expert research and create an effective self-regulation system. As part of this initiative, two main bodies will be formed: the Chamber Council, which will consist of seven members, and the Ethics Commission, which will include five experts, as reported by the press service of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Professionals with a competence certificate issued by the authorized state body in the field of judicial expert activity are invited to participate in the selection. Specialists wishing to contribute to the development of the industry and establish high standards of professional practice can become part of the Chamber's leadership.
