
In his speech, Baisalov emphasized that over the past five years, Kyrgyzstan has managed to embark on a path of stable development, and the measures taken have helped to "restore trust in the state" and set a new direction for reforms.

“I feel a tremendous responsibility and pride working in the team of President Sadyr Japarov. I am sincerely grateful to the head of state for the trust and the opportunity to participate in significant changes,” he noted.
Baisalov highlighted the importance of public support. “Our people possess wisdom and generosity. Without their trust, patience, and constant support, these achievements would have been impossible,” he added.
The Deputy Prime Minister warned that Kyrgyzstan faces more complex challenges ahead, as the national leader "does not intend to rest on his laurels."
“If Kyrgyzstan has changed twofold in the last five years, then in the next five years we can expect even more significant and profound changes,” emphasized Edil Baisalov.
In conclusion, he expressed confidence that Kyrgyzstan is moving towards "prosperity and competitiveness," and wished well-being to its citizens.
