In the Kyrgyz Cabinet, it was reported that trust in the government is reaching historic highs
“The dynamics of the index indicates a high level of trust among citizens in the president's policies”
At a meeting of ministers, the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan, Adylbek Kasymaliev, reported that the “Public Trust Index” in the government of the country reached record levels in the second half of 2025.
The study was conducted by the National Statistical Committee across all regions to provide an objective assessment of public sentiment and the level of trust in government authorities.
As a result of the second half of 2025, the index reached 46.2 points, which is 18% higher than the figures for 2024.
“This significant increase in the index confirms the high level of trust among citizens in the political course of President Sadyr Japarov and the results of his team's work. The socio-economic reforms implemented in recent years demonstrate a clear improvement in the functioning of government structures and their responsiveness to societal demands,” the press service of the Cabinet quoted Adylbek Kasymaliev as saying.
