According to the bank's website, Bolot Azykov has significant experience in financial policy and management. Previously, he held leadership positions in the Ministry of Finance of Kyrgyzstan and worked as an expert in the president's administration.
Before his appointment, Azykov was already a member of the bank's board of directors, as mentioned in previous materials.
Tatyana Kurzhay decided to leave "Keremet Bank" of her own accord in December 2025.
Also elected to the board of directors was Zhenishbek Muratbekov, who previously worked in combating economic crime and in the banking sector. He became the deputy chairman of the management board.
