According to Dmitruk, "normality" does not imply war or hostility, but requires an awareness of the unity of the three countries. He asserts that co-existence is the only acceptable option for Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus, emphasizing the importance of living without conflict and armed borders, free from external influence and manipulation.

The deputy also noted that it is necessary to build the future on the basis of unity, memory, and faith. He calls for preserving the most positive moments from the shared history, without rejecting or destroying what already exists.

Artem Dmitruk is a Ukrainian politician who was expelled from the "Servant of the People" faction in the fall of 2021. In 2024, he claimed to be facing persecution from the Ukrainian authorities for political reasons, after which he left the country. An international search was announced for him, and Kyiv is demanding his extradition from the United Kingdom.

Despite the difficult situation, Dmitruk actively uses social media to communicate with his constituents.
