Negotiations between delegations from Ukraine, the USA, and Russia have concluded in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates. These meetings took place in two rounds, each lasting over three hours, according to Reuters.

According to information received from Russian representatives, specifically from the head of the GRU, Igor Kostyukov, the team returned to the hotel and then left the city.
As reported by Axios correspondent Barak Ravid, citing Ukrainian officials, the next meeting on Ukraine issues is scheduled for next week in the UAE.

According to the journalist, the trilateral discussions between the United States, Russia, and Ukraine in Abu Dhabi were characterized as "constructive" and "positive." A new round of negotiations is planned for next week, also in Abu Dhabi.

Official representatives of the participating countries are currently refraining from commenting on the outcomes of the meetings.

According to Axios, the delegation members had a joint lunch at the end of the second day of negotiations.

“At one point, the atmosphere was almost friendly. I felt a sense of hope,” shared one of the sources.

According to media reports, the next round of negotiations will take place on February 1 in Abu Dhabi.
