According to information from Syimyk Zhapikeev, Kubanychbek Kadyrov, a former deputy, has just been released, which he announced on his social media. Zhapikeev emphasized that Kadyrov "has served three times for democracy and freedom of speech" and called him a "good fellow," noting that he has known him since 1995.

In addition, Zhapikeev spoke about the difficult situation that Kadyrov's mother is currently in. He learned from a podcast that she has suffered the loss of her younger son named Maksat and, due to diabetes and severe emotional distress, has almost lost her sight.

Zhapikeev expressed his sympathy, writing: "May no one in this world cry, especially mothers."

Furthermore, he thanked President Sadyr Japarov for the decision to release Kubanychbek Kadyrov and called for the release of other detainees, such as Temirlan Sultanbekov, Shailoobek Atazov, Urmat Baryktobasov, and Almazbek, the son of former president Almazbek Atambayev, noting that it would be an act of generosity.

It is worth reminding that on November 22, 2025, mass arrests occurred in Kyrgyzstan when the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported the disruption of the activities of a "destructive group" that was allegedly preparing for mass riots after the elections to the Jogorku Kenesh. As a result, several politicians, former deputies, and the son of former president Almazbek Atambayev – Kadyrbek Atambayev – were detained. A total of ten people were detained in this case, including Kubanychbek Kadyrov, and they were placed in custody by court order.
