According to the press center of the agency, more than 15 leaders of companies engaged in the construction and initiation of solar, wind, and hydroelectric power plants, as well as thermal power plants in Kyrgyzstan, participated in the event.

During the meeting, aspects of the implementation of 12 investment agreements concerning the construction of solar and wind power plants utilizing renewable energy sources, with a total installed capacity of 5,450 megawatts, were reviewed, with implementation starting in 2023. Three agreements for the construction of hydroelectric power plants, with a total capacity of 2,239 megawatts, and agreements for thermal power plants with a capacity of 2,685 megawatts were also discussed," the message notes.
Considering the high demand for electricity in the country, the government expresses its readiness for continuous cooperation with entrepreneurs interested in implementing projects in this area.
