Promised to bring a herd of horses from Kazakhstan, but deceived. Suspect detained.
The incident occurred on November 21, 2025, when a horse breeder approached the police. He reported that on September 30, he made a deal with a man who promised to deliver 65 horses from Kazakhstan for a total of 7 million 20 thousand tenge. However, after receiving 2 million tenge from the farmer, the fraudster disappeared without fulfilling his obligations. As a result, the total damage amounted to 7 million 330 thousand 400 soms.
This case was registered under Article 209 ("Fraud") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational activities, police officers detained the suspect, a man named K.M., born in 1984. He was placed in a temporary detention facility.
Currently, the investigation is ongoing.
