During the meeting, issues concerning the readiness of the economy and the population for the upcoming autumn-winter season of 2025–2026 were discussed. A report from the Ministry of Energy was also presented.
In addition, representatives from the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education, the State Border Service, and presidential representatives in the regions informed about the current state of affairs and noted the absence of serious problems.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Bakyt Torobaev instructed all heads of state and municipal institutions to intensify their work during the heating season. He emphasized the importance of uninterrupted fuel supply to the population and key facilities, as well as stable provision of electricity and heating, taking into account possible changes in weather conditions.
