This competition, which has already become a tradition, gathered the best and most active educators from the Itikula Moldobaev School.
According to the director of the educational institution, Nazira Sayakbaeva, the main goal of the event is to improve the quality of education, as well as to support and identify creative teachers, highlighting the importance of the teaching profession. The competition takes place in March. "The event was held at our school. Participants demonstrated a high level of their pedagogical skills by conducting open lessons and showcasing their original teaching methods and creative approaches. Each teacher aimed to implement innovations to make the learning process more interesting for children," she noted.
She also added that the prize fund was formed thanks to sponsors, and the main prize was provided by the school’s trade union.
After a fierce competition, the jury determined the winners who demonstrated the highest level of professionalism:
- Grand Prix - Elzat Amanteurova, a teacher of Kyrgyz language and literature, received a vacation package to the shores of Lake Issyk-Kul as the grand prize.
- 1st place - Nurgiza Satarbekova, a primary school teacher.
- 2nd place - Aigul Akunsartova, an English language teacher.
- 3rd place - Altynai Shygaeva, an art and technology teacher.
All prize winners from 1st to 3rd place received valuable gifts. In addition, all participants of the competition were recognized - the organizers awarded each of them with consolation prizes.
