Furthermore, it became known that the director of the institution and the head of the economic department were aware of the existing practice but took no action to stop it. The municipality reports that there was a persistent scheme of illegal fundraising involving the kindergarten staff. These actions may be considered a violation of the law and indicate improper performance of official duties by the responsible individuals.
As a result of the inspection, the mayor's office took the necessary measures, and the collected materials were sent to law enforcement agencies for legal assessment and further decisions in accordance with the law.
