The competition attracted 185 school students who took first and second places in the previous district and city stages. This year, participants will showcase their knowledge in 17 subjects.
The Olympiad will take place on February 27 and 28, 2026. Based on the results of these days, winners and prizewinners will be determined, who will have the opportunity to participate in the final republican round scheduled for March 27 and 28.
The director of the Issyk-Kul Regional Institute of Education, Cholponai Sydykova, emphasized that the main goal of the Olympiad is to raise the educational level among students, as well as to identify and support talented youth in the region.
