On February 25, another meeting organized by the city hall took place in Bishkek, involving parents and school directors from the Lenin and Oktyabr districts. The event was held at the State Department of Internal Affairs and became part of the traditional meetings with the parent community. This was reported by the press service of the capital's city hall.

Attending the meeting were Bishkek's vice-mayor Viktoria Mozgacheva, the director of the Department of Education Rakhmat Musaev, as well as representatives from local law enforcement agencies, the prosecutor's office, and the drug control service.

Participants visited the situational center of the State Department of Internal Affairs, where they learned about the functions of the round-the-clock video surveillance system. Parents and educational institution leaders were shown the center's capabilities in ensuring safety and responding quickly to incidents, especially regarding the protection of minors.

Law enforcement agencies discussed their preventive work among youth, measures to prevent offenses, and combat illegal drug trafficking. Video materials used during preventive talks with schoolchildren were shown.

A psychologist from school No. 89 shared information about adolescence, the associated risks, and effective approaches to interacting with students in the educational environment. Parents were also able to ask questions and receive answers.

The city hall emphasized that such events aim to unite the efforts of local authorities, law enforcement agencies, and the parent community to prevent offenses among youth. Work in this direction will continue on a systematic basis.
