To accomplish these tasks, a special commission has been formed, headed by the State Institute of Seismic Resistant Construction and Engineering Design under the Ministry. The group includes representatives from the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and local government authorities.
Currently, inspections are being carried out in the Osh region, where the commission conducts on-site assessments of buildings with unsatisfactory technical conditions, analyzing their compliance with construction standards and safety requirements.
Based on the results of each assessment, conclusions will be drawn, which will form the basis for further decisions and necessary measures to improve the condition of the buildings.
The Ministry of Construction emphasized that these activities are aimed at ensuring the safety of citizens, enhancing the reliability of educational institutions, and comprehensively improving social infrastructure.
