Naryn Region Ranked in the Top 3 for ORT: Growth to 69.4%
According to available data, out of the total number of graduates, 3,292 students passed the General Republican Testing (ORT).
Among them, 110 graduates demonstrated high results, while 912 students were unable to pass the ORT, with the highest number of such cases recorded in the Kochkor and Jumgal districts.
It should also be noted that 611 graduates did not participate in the testing at all. Most of them, specifically 329 individuals, reside in the At-Bashinsky district, where distance learning is prevalent, and some graduates do not consider the ORT mandatory.
“As a result, there are significant differences in participation and results of the ORT across districts, highlighting the need for an analysis of the situation and the implementation of additional measures to increase engagement,” the report states.
The quality of education remains a priority task in the Naryn region, and the results of the ORT serve as an important indicator of effectiveness in this area.
According to the results of the 2025 testing, the Naryn region achieved 69.4% and ranked third in the republic.
When comparing with the previous three years, the average ORT score in 2022-2023 was 53.1%. However, in 2024-2025, this figure significantly increased, reaching 69.4%, which is the result of targeted efforts to improve the quality of education.
For 2026, the region aims to raise the ORT results to 72% and plans to implement a series of measures to achieve this goal,” the report says.
