In Kyrgyzstan's schools, 30 cases of racketeering were registered in 2025

At the meeting of the Ministry of Education, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Oktay Urmambetov reported that in 2025, 30 cases of racketeering were registered in educational institutions in Kyrgyzstan.

In 2024, there were only 8 such cases.

In 2025, the cases of racketeering were distributed by regions as follows:

- 17 cases in Jalal-Abad region;

- 4 cases in Issyk-Kul region;

- 3 cases in Bishkek;

- 2 cases in Chuy region;

- 1 case in Osh region;

- 1 case in Talas region;

- 1 case in Batken region;

- 1 case in Osh region.
