Thanks to the construction of new facilities, the number of emergency schools has significantly decreased. “We will continue the renovation of such institutions this year. I am confident that in the foreseeable future we will be able to completely eliminate the remaining schools in emergency condition,” the minister emphasized.
Deputy Egenberdieva suggested that the Ministry of Construction pay attention to the need for building a new school in the village of Kurshab, where the Tangaturov school, built in 1960 for 350 students, is in emergency condition and does not meet modern standards. She noted that this school is already included in the title list for 2026 and requested personal oversight of the construction process to ensure that the project is not postponed to the next year.
In addition, the deputy addressed the issue of the lack of kindergartens in the region: the availability of preschool institutions in the Kurshab rural area is only 21%. Egenberdieva requested the construction of a new kindergarten.
