The site occupies 0.2179 hectares, and the total area of the building is 1042.05 square meters. The construction is taking place in the Sverdlovsk district of Bishkek.
Currently, 28% of the total construction and installation work has been completed: the columns of the first floor have already been installed, and a retaining wall has been built on the southern side. Work is currently underway on the flooring of the first floor.
The project is commissioned by the Capital Construction Department of the city administration, and the contractor is the company OsOO "PSO Adis Stroy."
