In response to this request, the head of the Capital Construction Department, Ermek Arymbaev, stated that the kindergarten project had been completed; however, there were comments that prevented it from passing the examination, and changes were being made to the project. He also noted that they were the clients for the design, while the contractor was a private company.
“They have been designing for 5 years. If they are unable to complete it, transfer the work to another company. The contract specifies the design time. There is a school nearby, and a one-story building can be constructed there. It is necessary to take this under control and expedite the process, as residents have been waiting for this kindergarten for 5 years, and we cannot finalize the project. Please take this under control and transfer it to another company,” Ergeshov expressed his concern.
Arymbaev also added that additional funds would need to be allocated to meet the technical requirements, as the land plot is not suitable for construction.
