Participating in the event were the Minister of Education Dogdurkul Kendirbaeva, the Chairman of the National Commission on the State Language and Language Policy under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Melis Murataliev, as well as heads of structural divisions.
The main focus of the meeting was on issues related to compliance with legislation on the state language, the use of the state language in official documentation, improving the language literacy of employees, issues of language in education and upbringing in educational institutions, as well as matters related to textbooks, professional development of educators, and inter-agency cooperation.
Melis Murataliev, the Chairman of the National Commission, emphasized that the development of the language is inextricably linked to the education system, noting the need for close cooperation between the language commission and the Ministry of Education to achieve this goal.
