The Head of the Cabinet instructed to develop an electronic mechanism for transferring students from school to school
According to the press service of the Cabinet, this decision was made following a meeting with the heads of state institutions and structural divisions of the Presidential Administration, where issues of implementing modern digital solutions in the fields of education and tourism were discussed.
Currently, more than 1.5 million children are studying in 2,170 state and municipal schools across the country. However, at this moment, the process of transferring students between educational institutions is carried out manually, which creates risks of corruption and an uneven workload on educational establishments.
“We have already successfully implemented electronic enrollment for the first grade, which has become familiar for parents. Now it is time to streamline the transfer process. The new system should automatically display the availability of free places in classes and eliminate the human factor from the decision-making process. This will ease the work of school administrations and make the process accessible and understandable for parents,” noted A. Kasymaliev.
