In his speech, Talaybek Masabirov noted that there are over 500 households in this village, but not a single social facility has been built so far.

Currently, a temporary building is being used for the needs of the kindergarten, which is in an emergency condition and was constructed back in the 1920s-30s.

The deputy appealed for the possibility of constructing a full-fledged kindergarten for the local residents to be considered.
