She noted that in the village of Sıydalı, located in the Ak-Suu rural municipality, a private investor has completed the construction of a kindergarten for 100 children, spending over 40 million soms on it. Despite the completion of construction work, the kindergarten has not yet opened, as the rural municipality cannot provide full funding, the deputy reported.
Satieva appealed for the allocation of necessary funds in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance, emphasizing that the rural municipality is subsidized.
In addition, the deputy reported that members of parliament visited problematic social facilities in the Moscow and Jayil districts. In the village of Novo-Nikolaevka, there is a kindergarten called "Topolyok," which was built in 1914. According to her, this institution needs a new building, as the existing premises are in an emergency state.
Satieva believes that instead of incurring constant repair costs, it is more reasonable to build a new kindergarten.
