The Cabinet approved the list of licensed additional education programs with increased risks to life and health

The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev, has signed a list of additional education programs associated with a potential risk of harm to the life and health of citizens that must undergo licensing.

According to Cabinet Resolution No. 840, this decision was made with the aim of expanding the range of educational services and forming a competitive environment.

The Ministry of Science, Higher Education and Innovations and the Ministry of Education have been tasked with adapting their decisions in accordance with the new resolution.

This document will come into effect 10 days after its official publication in the newspaper "Erkin Too" on December 30, 2025, No. 103.

List of licensed additional education programs with increased health risks

1. Additional education programs in the field of healthcare, including traditional medicine (by areas).

2. Programs in the field of fire and civil safety, including rescue operations (by areas).

3. Programs related to national, military, and criminal enforcement activities (by areas).

4. Training on the safe handling of civilian and service weapons.

5. Programs in the operation of industrial and hazardous productions (by areas).

6. Programs in the field of religious education (by areas).

7. Programs for extreme tourism and mountaineering, including industrial mountaineering (by areas).

8. Educational programs in the field of cosmetology and the beauty industry (by areas).

9. Programs in the mining industry (by areas).

10. Educational programs in psychology and speech therapy for children and adults (by areas).

11. Programs in the field of aviation and space exploration (by areas).

12. Educational programs for food production (by areas).

13. Programs in the field of construction and repair work (by areas).

14. Educational programs in the gas and oil sector (by areas).

15. Programs for radiation, chemical, and biological protection (by areas).

16. Programs in woodworking, metalworking, and welding production (by areas).

17. Programs in the field of electrical engineering (by areas).

18. Educational programs related to the operation of vehicles, hazardous machinery, and aircraft (by areas).

Note. To obtain a license for the educational activities specified in items 1 and 6 of this list, the applicant must submit to the authorized state body in the field of education a conclusion from the coordinating body, formatted according to the established form, in accordance with the Regulation on Licensing Certain Types of Activities, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Issues of Licensing Certain Types of Activities" dated December 14, 2023, No. 678.
