On March 9, at a meeting of the committee of the Jogorku Kenesh on agricultural policy, water resources, subsoil use, ecology, and environmental protection, it was reported that the "Zhasyl Muras" program has achieved a 67% survival rate for seedlings.

According to information from the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision, approximately 8.2 million seedlings have been planted as part of this national program. The survival rate of these seedlings is 67%.

The largest share among the planted trees consists of both coniferous and deciduous species. The main goal of planting these plants is to restore the forest fund, improve the ecological situation, and increase green spaces in the country.

Initiated by President Sadyr Japarov, the "Zhasyl Muras" program aims to expand forest areas and strengthen the resilience of ecosystems.
