In 2025, the Ministry of Natural Resources identified over 500 violations, with a total amount of imposed fines reaching 3.9 million soms.
As a result of these activities, 567 violations were identified, with a total amount of imposed fines reaching 3 million 907.5 thousand soms, of which 3 million 594.5 thousand soms were successfully collected.
Issyk-Kul and Son-Kul
In Issyk-Kul, 99 raids were conducted, resulting in 63 fines amounting to 335.5 thousand soms. Additionally, claims were filed for a total of 3 million 38 thousand 162 soms, of which 2 million 371 thousand 893 soms were collected. During these raids, 30 thousand 600 meters of synthetic fishing nets were destroyed.
In Son-Kul, 100 raids were conducted, during which 98 violations were identified, and fines totaling 308 thousand soms were imposed. A total of 3,800 meters of nets were confiscated and destroyed.
In total, 56,900 meters of illegal synthetic fishing nets were confiscated.
Illegal Hunting and Transportation
At Manas International Airport, a case of illegal transportation of shot birds was recorded. In accordance with current legislation, a claim was filed for 265.5 thousand soms, which was fully satisfied.
Additionally, at the Dostuk checkpoint, 200 sea turtles were detained, which were subsequently transferred to the Osh Zoo.
Furthermore, in accordance with the president's decree, an inventory of 1,267 recreational facilities was conducted last year. The country has 226 wastewater treatment facilities; however, 868 guest houses do not have such systems.
