A seminar on enhancing the capacity of employees of specially protected natural areas was held in Kadamzhai.

On February 17, a seminar-training aimed at improving the qualifications of employees of specially protected natural areas (SPNAs) took place in Kadamjai. This information was provided by the press service of the Ministry of Nature.

Specialists participating in the seminar included T. Satimbaev, head of the Department of Biodiversity Conservation and SPNAs, E. Ibraev, head of the RECCA group in Kyrgyzstan, A. Davletbakov, an expert in ecotourism and monitoring, as well as T. Zhoroev, director of the Surmatashe State Nature Reserve. Among the participants were also reserve staff, local council deputies, residents of the region, and representatives of the district administration.

During the seminar, the focus was on key aspects of managing specially protected natural areas, conserving biological diversity, developing ecotourism, and conducting monitoring.

The format of the event included active discussions and question-and-answer sessions, allowing participants to receive comprehensive information.
