Police officers have initiated a preliminary investigation following the appearance of a video online showing a man on a chain. This was reported by the Internal Affairs Department of the Sverdlovsk district.
The video has gained popularity on social media, where it is claimed that his wife put him on a chain.
“An investigation into all the circumstances of the incident is currently underway,” the Internal Affairs Department added.
