In Bishkek, participants of a fight have been detained, their parents are held accountable for neglecting their upbringing
Employees of this department identified all the participants in the incident, among whom were girls born in 2007, 2008, and 2009. They were taken to the local department along with their parents.
A protocol was drawn up against one of the participants, who was born in 2007, under Article 126 of the Administrative Offenses Code, concerning "Minor Hooliganism," and she was placed in a temporary detention cell. The parents of two minors were also held accountable under Article 102 ("Evasion of Parental Responsibilities").
