Underage "Groom's Crew" Caused a Car Ruckus and Clashed with the Police
In one of the clips, a convoy of several cars is seen violating traffic rules. In particular, the drivers of a "Lada Priora" and a "BMW" create dangerous situations on the road, recording their actions on camera.
Another video captures one of the police officers attempting to detain the violators, but one of the teenagers interferes, allowing the others to escape from the scene.
According to the editorial office of "AKIpress Summary," law enforcement managed to detain one of the participants in the incident. He turned out to be a 19-year-old resident of one of the capital's districts.
On March 26, the Sverdlovsk District Court found him guilty under Article 126 ("Minor Hooliganism") of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic and imposed a fine of 5,500 soms.
Subsequently, other participants in the debacle were identified. The press service of the UPMS reported on March 28 that the drivers of the "BMW" and "Lada" were minors, and protocols were drawn up for their parents.
The vehicles were placed in an impound lot.
