In the Alamudun District, men who resisted the police were detained
During the check, the driver named Sh. R. refused to provide his driver's license. Together with the passenger, S. K., he did not comply with the lawful demands of the police officers and resisted them.
As a result of the incident, the drivers and passengers damaged the uniform of one of the police officers, tore the jacket of the chief specialist of the press service of the Main Directorate for Road Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and broke a Canon camera.
This incident was recorded at the Alamudun District Internal Affairs Department, where an investigative operational group was dispatched. As a result of the check, both detainees underwent examination at the psychology and narcology department of the Ministry of Health, which confirmed their state of alcohol intoxication.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 374 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning threats or violence against representatives of authority.
The detainees turned out to be men born in 1987 — Sh. R. and S. K. They were placed in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The investigation is ongoing.
