He highlighted a number of crimes that have become quite common:
- visits to internet clubs by minors without adult supervision;
- formation of groups of teenagers outside educational institutions;
- internet-related offenses;
- operation of vehicles by minors;
- street conflicts;
- involvement of youth in cybercrime and drug addiction;
- cases of domestic violence.
Toktonaliev assured that police officers are conducting preventive measures to address these issues.
“Nevertheless, to tackle these problems, it is important for each of us to show awareness and responsibility. Open discussion of issues and a desire for mutual understanding will help us overcome many difficulties,” he emphasized.
The head of the Internal Affairs Directorate also called for instilling worthy moral values in the youth.
“If every parent, teacher, and member of society participates and acts together, we can achieve peace, harmony, and prosperity in our country,” Toktonaliev added.
