According to law enforcement agencies, in June 2025, the victim reported to the police with a complaint. She stated that she was deceived into purchasing gold items that were allegedly brought from Turkey. As a result of the fraudulent actions, she suffered damages amounting to 4 million 129 thousand 300 soms, after which the seller disappeared.
A criminal case has been initiated against the detainee under the article concerning large-scale fraud.

During operational activities, law enforcement officers managed to detain the suspect, who turned out to be a woman born in 1970. She is currently placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation is ongoing, and law enforcement agencies are checking whether she may be involved in other similar crimes.
